PLEASE READ ABOUT OUR PAP CLINICS and WAITLIST FIRST:

  • Pap Clinics are about once a month only and book up very fast. Do not call if there are no appointments online. Take note of the Services and mandate of Embrace Clinic before calling to complain that there are no appointments available. Your doctor or NP can and should be offering this service to you as part of regular health care.
  • If you had a recent positive HPV vaginal swab please make note that in your booking memo. We are happy to see you for the pap test but cannot accommodate requests for earlier appointments.
  • Add yourself only ONCE to our waitlist. You can choose “Any provider” or “Female only” or “Learner” but only choose one. Waitlists are much shorter for “Learner”
  • Other clinics offering pap tests can be found at the BC Cancer Agency Cervical Screening Clinic Locator.
  • If you do not have a valid BC Care Card, there is a fee for your pap test. This is to be paid at the time of your appointment by credit card only.
  • Please respect our busy health care system and cancel your appointment as soon as you know you cannot make it. When you do not show up for an appointment it makes waitlists longer and wastes valuable health care resources.

Please review this consent form for using our online booking system for a pap test with Fraser Health’s Embrace Clinic. The form can be viewed through this link.
